I know that space well; it’s where my own transformation began.

I’m Kevin — Transformation Coach, Meditation Teacher, founder of The Flying Buddha, and someone who has walked this path myself. I’ve lived through heaviness, loss, and years of carrying emotional weight. But that journey also led me to healing, clarity, inner freedom, and the shift that happens when you reconnect with who you truly are.

My work is shaped by lived experience, inner growth, and the ongoing practice of learning how to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned within myself. Today, I guide others through that same process, helping them return to their inner truth and shape a life that feels grounded, intentional, and energized. This is the heart of The Flying Buddha: empowering people to live with clarity, calm, and inner freedom, and express that inner alignment in the world around them.
